TexTech got in touch with us for the supply of a mezzanine floor with 1 hour fully fire rating protection. During the initial site survey, the client made it clear that under the floor would be storage of all the production machinery and these machines were unable to be moved for the duration of the build, this was a slight challenge but nothing we weren’t used to. The customer was impressed that we were still able to proceed with the installation as previous suppliers were not keen on working around the machinery. The mezzanine floor was completed with second hand components including a staircase, pallet gate with hand and knee railing to the exposed edges.
