Sniffers pet care came onto us with a situation where the racking they had purchased from eBay wasn’t the right specification they required. Also, their layout wasn’t suitable for their operation. They were having to block stack in an unsafe way and it was difficult for them to access induvial pallets. We provided them with a clear plan of how we could solve this problem. We chose to reconfigure to achieve the best possible layout and supplied 2nd hand racking into a flexi layout to achieve the best use of the warehouse space and achieve their required pallet target. The customer was extremely happy with the whole process and praised us on the quality of the racking we supplied, the speed of supply and the professionalism of our installation team.
